Kissing a boy? EWWW…

Tuesday, February 27th, 2007

Tonight the weather was gorgeous. While I was cooking dinner, Kennedy was playing “superhero” in the front yard with our neighbor boy, Caden. He’s about six months older than K. Ash Wednesday

Wednesday, February 21st, 2007

Here is my conversation with Kennedy on the way home from Ash Wednesday mass.

Kennedy’s latest saying cracks me up: freak, as in “Freak Out!”
K: That _____ is freaking me out. (In response to something just a teensy bit out of the ordinary.)
K: …because Mom might freak out or something. (In response something so inconsequential I can’t even remember.)
I have no idea where […]

When I grow up, I want to be…

Tuesday, February 6th, 2007

Kennedy has always said when she grows up, she wants to be a cheerleader. She has stuck with this for as long as I can remember. She did have a time where she briefly wanted to be a police office, but she quickly reverted back to the noble profession of cheerleading. I […]
